This text explains how your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Your personal data is processed by RemyaTech as the data controller for the purposes described here.
2Personal data processed
Through the contact form and support requests: full name, email, phone, institution name and message content. During system use: username, activity logs and session information.
3Purposes of processing
Data is processed to respond to your requests, provide the service, manage contractual processes, ensure security and fulfil legal obligations.
4Retention and security
Data is retained for the periods required by applicable legislation on systems hosted in Türkiye. Security is ensured through authorization, logging and encryption.
5Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction, deletion or anonymization, and to object to processing.
