These terms set out the rules for using Aqualon Control Center services.
1Scope of the service
Aqualon Control Center consists of software and related services for monitoring, reporting and remote control of water facilities.
2User obligations
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for using the service in compliance with legislation. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
3Intellectual property
All rights to the software, design and content related to the platform belong to RemyaTech and may not be reproduced without permission.
4Limitation of liability
Maximum care is taken for service continuity; however, liability for indirect damages arising from force majeure and field infrastructure outages is limited.
5Changes
RemyaTech may update these terms. The current version is published on this page.
